How do I get my tickets?
Once your payment is received the tickets will be ready to be delivered
7-10 days before the departure date. Tickets can only be delivered to mailing addresses within Japan with a delivery fee of ¥500/US$3.
Alternatively for certain tickets pick up can be arranged at the airport designated counter.

Can I request for my favourite(window) seat?
No, we are unable to assign specific seats to meet your request however it can be done on the day of departure at check-in. As 95% of all our tickets offered here being discounted airfares it does not allow for choosing of seat other than the departure day itself.

What payments do you take?
We only take payments by bank transfer or by credit card or cash.<

Can I accumulate mileage points to my mileage account with the ticket that I purchased?
YES. However the percentage of your mileage points are different depending on the ticket being purchased

Can I travel with my pet?
Certainly. Reservation is not necessary and all you need is to present at the airport 30 minutes prior to departure and to complete the check-in precedure. Detailed information can be found here.

Can I buy the Birthday Discount ticket through you?
Certainly. Here's how it works: You and up to three other people traveling with you can book domestic tickets to anywhere in Japan for ¥10000 to ¥12000($92 - $110) each way. You don't have to be a Japanese citizen and anyone can take advantage of these airfares as long as you have documentation proving your date of birth; a passport is sufficient.
- The flight has to depart within seven days of your birthday and must be reserved 4 weeks in advance.
- There are a few blackout dates during the summer but if you can't get the flight you want within a week of your birthday due to an airline blackout; you'll be offered another day to fly with the discount.
- When you book your tickets through us we will waive the surcharges.
